Coordinated Measuring Machine (CMM) Capabilities (Three)

Pyramid’s Quality department utilizes three DCC coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) which are programmed to monitor product conformance throughout the manufacturing process.

The two Mitutoyo Stratos have a 28”x40”x20” capacity and both are equipped with thermal compensation sensors. The Brown and Sharp 5-7-5 CMM has a 20”x28”x20” capacity and is supported by Statistical Analysis software which allows real time process capability analysis. All three CMMs are fully programmable and are equipped with Reinshaw rotating probe heads.
